    Unravel India is a global brand for lifestyle products that are created by artisans and craftsmen using traditional techniques across different parts of India. We are working on improving the experience of Indian handicrafts for the customers globally by integrating all the processes from design to retail.

  •   How do I register and become a member at Unravel India?

    To register, click on the 'Register' link on the top right hand side of the page. This will open a window where you fill in basic details, choose a password and click on 'Sign Up' button. That's it! You will become a registered member of Unravel India.

  •   Why should I register with Unravel India?

    There are multiple benefits of registering at Unravel India website
    o At the time of registration, you would get a voucher code in your inbox using which you could avail a discount of INR 500/- on purchase worth INR 2500 or above on Unravel India website
    o You can save your favorite products in 'My Wishlist' for your future reference

    No, it is NOT mandatory to have an account to shop at Unravel India online store. You could check out your shopping cart as a 'guest' user and fill in the required details.

    If you are experiencing difficulty ordering on the website, there might be some technical issue. Most of the furniture items on Unravel India are 'Made to Order' and hence, manufacturers need an advance payment before they start making the product.     While browsing through the Unravel India website, you can add the items that you like or may want to buy later to your 'Wishlist' for future reference. Your Wishlist is the best way to get to the items of your choice without searching for it again. Please do remember that items in your Wishlist are not reserved or added to a cart. Wishlist is simply a list of your favorite items from Unravel India that you may want to buy in future

  •   What are the various payment modes for making payments at Unravel India?

    At Unravel India, we try to make shopping as smooth as possible for our customers. For this, we have tied up with 3rd party secured payment gateways which enable our online store to accept credit/cards safely. You could also use Netbanking and Cash on Delivery option for making payments for your orders. We also have a tie-up with Paytm Online wallet that could be used to make online payments on the web store.

  •   How does Cash on Delivery (CoD) work for making payments?

    If you purchase through Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment option, then you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep. Unravel India and gift vouchers cannot be used for transactions using the Cash On Delivery payment method. CoD payments can be made only in Indian Rupees and no foreign currency is accepted.

  •   Are there any additional charges for Cash on Delivery orders?

    Yes, there is flat INR 100/- processing fee on all Cash on Delivery orders

  •   Can I open the parcel before making the CoD payment?

    No, you cannot open the parcel before making the Cash on Delivery payment. The delivery representative will hand-over the parcel only once they receive full payment in cash against the order

  •   Why is Cash on Delivery not available for all products on Unravel India?

    Most of the furniture items on Unravel India are 'Made to Order' and hence, manufacturers need an advance payment before they start making the product. Hence, Cash on Delivery is not offered on any of the furniture items on Unravel India

  •   Is it safe to use my credit/debit card or submit my bank details on Unravel India?

    It's completely safe to use your credit/debit card or submit your bank details while purchasing the order. Our online store is integrated with secure 3rd party payment gateways that provide smooth and safe online transactions.

  •   Does the price mentioned on the website include Taxes?

    Yes, the prices mentioned on the website include the VAT and other taxes.

  •   How long does it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

    Except for non-furniture, it usually takes us 3-5 working days to process and dispatch the orders from our fulfillment center in Delhi and would take additional 3-4 working days for delivery.
    For furniture items that are made to order, it takes us 15-20 working days to process and dispatch the orders.

  •   How much do I have to pay for delivery?

    Shipping is free for all pre-paid orders worth Rs. 1200/- or above. For pre-paid orders worth less than Rs. 1200/-, a shipping fee of Rs. 100/- is charged.

    A flat processing fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for all Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders.

  •   Is there a shipping charge for Cash on Delivery (CoD)?

    No, we currently do NOT ship outside India from Indian storefront. There are separate storefronts for United States and United Kingdom which serve the local geographies separately.

  •   Do you ship internationally?

  •   Can you gift wrap the product before shipping?

    Sorry, we currently do not offer the gift-wrapping service

  •   How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped you will get an email and an SMS with details of the Air Way Bill Number (AWB). You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email. You may also track your order by visiting www.unravelindia.com and clicking on 'Track Order' link from the footer. Enter your order number and your registered mobile number under the 'Track Order' section.

  •   I just received an email with a tracking number but I am not able to track the order on the courier website. What should I do?

    Unravel India generates and sends the tracking number [AWB Number] as soon as the courier partners pick up the package. However, the courier partners may take 24 to 48 hours to update the tracking details on their website and hence, your order may not be tracked during this period. If your package was recently shipped, try tracking the AWB number after 24 hours. If it has been more than 48 hours since you received the AWB number, drop us a note at [email protected]

  •   Can I schedule the delivery of my order at particular date and time?

    No - we work with 3rd party logistic partners and is out of our control schedule the delivery of your order at a particular date and time.

  •   How do I cancel my order?

    For furniture and customized orders - cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. For other categories, cancellations can be done only for till pre-shipping stage. Once the order is shipped from our fulfillment centers, it is not possible to cancel the order. For the customers who have registered on the website, they can login into their account and navigate to "My Orders" page. You can select the order and product(s) to be cancelled and click on "Cancel".
    For customers who have checked out as a guest and have not registered on the website, they can cancel their purchased product(s) by sending us an email at [email protected]
    Once you have initiated the cancellation request, it will be authorized and approved by Unravel India team. Post approval from Unravel India, the amount shall be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.

  •   Why did Unravel India cancel my confirmed order?

    Unravel India sources products from multiple artisans/craftsmen spread across the country. While our team does its best to ensure that the products are available with us at all times, and that the regular stock updates are done, there could still be a possibility of your order getting cancelled due to one or more of the below mentioned reasons:
    • The product is rejected at our fulfillment center due to Bad Quality and the merchant is not able to arrange for a fresh product within the promised shipping timeline as shown on the product information page
    • The product is Out Of Stock with our merchant
    • Our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances

  •   What happens if the product received is damaged/defective?

    If the product received by you is damaged/defective, you can initiate the return process and we shall replace the product or refund the product amount once your return request is approved and product is picked up from your place.

  •   How do I initiate a return process?

    For the customers who have registered on the website, they can login into their account and navigate to "My Orders" page. You can select the order and product(s) to be returned and click on "Return". You would be requested to fill in the details, attach required images/documents and submit them. Please do NOT forget to attach the product images in case you have received a faulty/defective/damaged product.
    For customers who have checked out as a guest and have not registered on the website, they can initiate the return of their purchased product(s) by sending us an email at [email protected] Please do NOT forget to share the product images in case you have received a faulty/defective/damaged product.
    Once you have initiated the return request, it will be authorized and approved by Unravel India team. Post approval from Unravel India, the shipping representative will collect the products to be returned.
    In locations where we do not have our Reverse Pickup services, please ship the product in a transit worthy packaging and we will intimate you to where to ship the product back. Products could be returned.

  •   Do I need to keep anything in mind while returning the product?

    The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and untampered on return.
    Returns for Furniture category will be accepted only for damaged/ defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement/refund.

  •   How much time does it take to get my money back?

    Once the product is returned back to our warehouse and is approved by our inbound team, it would take us 7 business days to process the refunds.

  •   How safe is providing personal information like name, address, contact details etc. to Unravel India?

    Your personal information is completely safe with us and is not shared with any third party. Your personal information is only used to contact you regarding your order, to deliver your products and to send communication that you may have opted to receive.

  •   Is it secured to use my credit/debit card or provide bank details on Unravel India?

    It's completely safe to use your credit/debit card or submit your bank details while purchasing the order. Our online store is integrated with secure 3rd party payment gateways that provide smooth and safe online transactions.

  •   Does Unravel India store my credit/debit card details?

    No, Unravel India does not store any credit/debit or personal financial data with it. It's used by 3rd party secured payment gateways to process your shopping transactions
